Barbara Marie-Reine worked for Eurostar from 1995, shortly after it began service from London Waterloo, until 2020. Over a period of 25 years, she held a wide range of roles within the company and engaged with all aspects of its business, in relation to both customer service, train management, station infrastructure and safety.

Most recently, Barbara was Terminal Duty Manager, responsible for the overall management and operation of the Eurostar Terminal at London St Pancras International and previously London Waterloo.

Barbara is advising Gemini specifically on stations and more broadly on all matters of customer service.
